Victor Lazarte

Co-founder and CEO


Victor Lazarte is co-founder and CEO of Wildlife, one of the leading mobile gaming companies in the world, with more than 800 employees and offices in Argentina, Brazil, Ireland, and the United States. In 2010, Victor and brother Arthur founded the company that now totals more than 2 billion downloads and hits such as Tennis Clash, Zooba, Sniper 3D, Colorfy, and many others.

Graduated in Industrial Engineering from USP, he has a double degree from École Centrale de Paris and OPM from Harvard Business School. Before founding Wildlife, Victor worked at JP Morgan in London.

Arthur Lazarte

Co-founder and CPO


Arthur Lazarte is co-founder and CPO of Wildlife. Arthur holds a degree in engineering from the University of São Paulo (USP) and École Polytechnique, with a master’s degree in science from Supaero, in Paris. He worked as a researcher at McGill University and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group. In 2010, together with his brother Victor Lazarte, he founded Wildlife, currently one of the leading mobile gaming companies in the world. Arthur is responsible for all decisions regarding Wildlife games, from creation to launch and maintenance.

Michael Mac-Vicar

Co-founder and CTO


Michael Mac-Vicar is co-founder and CTO at Wildlife Studios. He holds a degree in Electrical Engineering from the Pontifical Catholic University of Chile, and also a Computer Engineering degree from École Polytechnique in France.

His previous experience includes extensive work in early-stage startups, with a background in process optimization and data mining. As Wildlife’s CTO since 2012, he is responsible for developing the company’s engineering team and crafting Wildlife into one of the most admired technology companies in the world.
