Arthur Lazarte is co-founder and CEO of Wildlife Studios, a role he assumed in 2024. He holds an engineering degree from the University of Sao Paulo (USP) and Ecole Polytechnique, and a Master's in Aerospace Engineering from ISAE-Supaero in Paris. Before co-founding Wildlife in 2010, Arthur worked as a researcher at McGill University and as a consultant at the Boston Consulting Group.

Guilherme Major is the Chief Financial Officer at Wildlife Studios and also serves as Chief Operating Officer. He oversees the company's financial strategy and key operational areas, including Legal, Facilities, People, Brand and Communications. Fernando Sette is the VP of New Games at Wildlife Studios. He leads the company's efforts to develop and launch new game experiences, working closely with product, engineering and creative teams. In this role, he focuses on building and scaling new titles for Wildlife's portfolio.

Caprecci is the Chief Marketing Officer at Wildlife Studios. He leads the company's marketing organization, focusing on growth, performance marketing and the global distribution of Wildlife's games. Caprecci joined the company as a data science intern and grew alongside the organization through several data and engineering leadership roles before becoming CMO.

Talita Franco is the People, Communications and Workplace Director at Wildlife Studios. She leads the company's global teams across people, culture, brand, communications and workplace experience. In this role, she focuses on strengthening Wildlife's culture and employee experience as key drivers of performance.

Priscila Marcelino is the Director of Ad Monetization and Player Experience at Wildlife Studios. She leads ad monetization and revenue growth across Wildlife's portfolio, while also overseeing the Player Support department.

Cybelle Fernandes is the Global Head of Legal, Privacy and Compliance at Wildlife Studios. She brings over 18 years of experience advising companies on intellectual property, technology, data protection and digital businesses. At Wildlife, she leads the company's legal and compliance strategy and sponsors Women++, an internal initiative dedicated to supporting and developing women at the company.
